Terms of Use
BeeUpTech website terms of use: scope of service, user obligations, intellectual property and limitation of liability.
1. Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the www.beeuptech.com domain and its sub-pages, operated by BeeUpTech Yazılım ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri (“BeeUpTech”). By visiting the site, completing its forms or using the AI assistant, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Definitions
- Site: All pages, content and functionality offered under the www.beeuptech.com domain.
- User: Any natural or legal person who visits or uses the Site in any manner.
- Content: The text, images, video, design, software, trademarks and database elements on the Site.
- Assistant: The AI-powered chat application offered on the Site.
3. Scope and Nature of the Service
The Site is provided to present BeeUpTech’s software development, artificial intelligence, ERP/CRM integration and consultancy services and to receive contact, demo and discovery requests. The Content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer. Information on prices, timelines and scope becomes binding only through a written agreement signed by the parties or a written quotation accepted by both parties.
4. User Obligations
The User agrees to use the Site in compliance with applicable legislation, the principle of good faith and these Terms. The following are expressly prohibited:
- Gaining unauthorised access to the Site, attempting to circumvent security measures or running vulnerability scans
- Bulk data extraction by automated means (scraping), overloading the system or sending requests intended to disrupt the service
- Transmitting malware, malicious code or unsolicited content
- Submitting third parties’ personal data without authorisation or making false declarations
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or reproducing the Content without permission
- Using our trademarks, logos or trade name in a manner likely to cause confusion
The User represents and warrants that the information submitted is accurate, current and lawful and that, where third-party data is submitted, the necessary notice and legal basis have been secured.
5. About the AI Assistant
The Assistant generates automated responses using a language model. Responses may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate and do not constitute professional advice, a legal opinion or a binding offer. Before taking any critical decision, please obtain confirmation from our team at info@beeuptech.com. Sensitive data (identity documents, health or financial information, passwords, etc.) must not be entered into the Assistant; information submitted through it is processed for the purpose of assessing your request.
6. Free Site Analysis and Discovery Reports
The free analysis and discovery reports that may be offered through the Site are general assessments based on automated measurements; they do not constitute a technical audit report, a security test or any warranty. Users requesting a report represent that they own the domain to be analysed or are otherwise authorised to request the analysis. Reports are shared only with the requesting party and may be retained by BeeUpTech for commercial evaluation purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the Content belong to BeeUpTech or its licensors. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the Content for personal and informational purposes only. Copying, reproduction, distribution, adaptation, communication to the public and commercial use without prior written consent are prohibited. Reasonable quotation with attribution falls outside this restriction.
8. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site may contain third-party links, embedded content or services. The accuracy, currency and lawfulness of such content is the responsibility of the relevant provider; BeeUpTech has no control over them and accepts no liability in this respect.
9. Availability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While BeeUpTech exercises reasonable care, it does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or accessible at all times. Access may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, cyber attacks, force majeure or third-party service outages, and the Content may be modified or removed without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BeeUpTech shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use the Site. Liability arising from BeeUpTech’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and rights arising from consumer protection legislation, are reserved.
11. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data obtained through the Site is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Data Protection Notice and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Terms
BeeUpTech reserves the right to amend these Terms unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page; the current version number and date are shown at the top of the text. Continued use of the Site after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
13. Assignment, Severability and Waiver
The User may not assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without BeeUpTech’s written consent. If any provision is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Failure by BeeUpTech to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where the User qualifies as a consumer under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the mandatory provisions on the jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and the courts of the consumer’s place of residence are reserved.
