Commercial Electronic Message Notice and Consent
Consent, opt-out rights and data processing for newsletters and campaign messages under Law No. 6563 and the İYS.
This text explains the consent, opt-out and personal data processing arrangements applicable to commercial electronic messages sent by BeeUpTech Yazılım ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri (“BeeUpTech”) under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
1. Scope of Consent
By completing the newsletter subscription form or ticking the marketing communication box on our contact forms, you consent to receiving the following content at your e-mail address and, where you provide it, your telephone number:
- Promotional and campaign announcements about our services, products and solutions
- Industry content, blog articles, guides and technical newsletters
- Invitations to events, webinars and demos
- Surveys and satisfaction assessment requests
Consent is given after reading this text in full and through an affirmative act; the box is never pre-ticked.
2. Messages Not Requiring Consent
Under applicable legislation, notices sent within an ongoing contractual relationship, order and delivery notifications, payment reminders, statutory notices and quotations or responses sent at your request do not require commercial electronic message consent. Messages may also be sent to recipients who are merchants or tradespersons without prior consent; even so, your right to opt out remains available at all times.
3. Message Management System (İYS)
Consents obtained are registered with the Message Management System (İYS) as required by legislation. You can view and change your consent and opt-out records at any time via iys.org.tr. Opt-outs submitted through İYS take effect without any need to contact us separately.
4. Right to Opt Out and Withdrawal of Consent
You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without giving reasons and free of charge:
- via the unsubscribe link included in every message;
- by sending an e-mail with the subject “Opt-out” to info@beeuptech.com;
- by recording an opt-out through İYS.
Your opt-out request is actioned within three business days of reaching us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect messages lawfully sent before the withdrawal.
5. Personal Data Processed and Legal Grounds

Consent records are retained for the evidentiary period prescribed by legislation (at least three years) following withdrawal of consent, after which they are deleted or anonymised. The e-mail provider used for delivery acts as a data processor under a confidentiality undertaking.
6. Your Rights
You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK via the Data Subject Request Form. For full details of our processing activities, see the Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy.
7. Consent Statement
“I have read and understood this text. I give my explicit consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from BeeUpTech Yazılım ve Teknoloji Hizmetleri for promotional, campaign and informational purposes at the e-mail address and telephone number I have provided, to the processing of my contact data for this purpose, and to the transfer of my consent record to the Message Management System. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time free of charge.”
